Pascal Schumacher

Hello,

my name is Pascal Schumacher

I am currently studying Educational Science at the Master's level, with a focus on Adult Education / Continuing Education, as well as with minor subjects in Business Administration and Psychology.
Previously, I completed a Bachelor's degree in the same field.

Additionally, I was employed for several years as a student assistant with a focus on Organizational Education (Organizational Development) at a university chair / professorship.

My focus of interest relates – from an Educational Science perspective – to the following areas, among others:

  • Education vs. Economics
  • Future Learning
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Leadership and Management

In this context, I am also specializing individually at the intersection of Adult Education / Continuing Education and Vocational and Business Education – with a particular focus on Corporate Training and Development (Human Resources Development).

Have you already spoken with an AI before?

If not, you are welcome to try it. To do so, simply call my AI assistant Nova Aurora at the following phone number:

+49 158 88645851

Nova Aurora is available 24/7. Please note that calls to the mobile number may incur charges depending on your telephone provider and contract, and I will not cover these costs for you.

Future Learning?

What could learning of the future look like in the age of AI?

In my bachelor's thesis, I engaged extensively with AI-based personalized learning.

What are my views on pedagogy and educational science?

Although this can only be a small insight, I have attempted to compile my pedagogical / educational science views in an FAQ.

This is continuously revised and should always be regarded as incomplete.

Leadership and Management are characterized – in addition to organizational control through relevant key performance indicators – above all by the fact that social processes take place in organizations that need to be shaped.
